Guest Relation Coordinator (1 vacancy)

Job title: Guest Relation Coordinator

Location: Bangkok / Phra Khanong

Line Manager: Assistant Operation Manager

Target starting date: Early 2019

  1. General function of the position

The Guest Relation Coordinator will be handling external communication with guests through different channels including mainly emails, chat apps, intranet platform and telephone. Role will also include:

  • Problem solving
  • Physical meet up with guests
  • Social media and web information update
  1. Specific duties
  1. Remote communication with guests
  • Answering all type of queries about rooms, bookings, locations, check in processes, etc.
  • Propose solutions to guests based on their request and BnBCondo internal policies
  • Coordinate any required action such as booking transportation, arranging room cleaning schedules based on needs with BnBCondo team and partners
  1. Support operations with an on-site presence
  • Meet with guests to facilitate check-in and solve issues
  • Regularly inspect rooms to appropriately communicate with guests
  • Develop a relationship with juristic offices
  1. Social media and web information support
  • Update information on the intranet and social media
  • Actively verify reliability on all online information provided to guests
  • Apply internal strategy for maximizing occupancy
  1. More about the position
  • The Guest Relation Coordinator will work closely with the Assistant Operation Manager in a coordinated matter.
  • Communication will be the key to be successful in the position
  • Being comfortable using a smartphone is very important: most communication is done through chat using Line, Whatsapp, Wechat, Messenger, etc.
  • Position requires to move around Bangkok using all means of transportation
  • This is a startup company with processes to set up, be prepared to be flexible and adaptable
  • The position will allow working from home but will also require high commitment. 
  • The office is conveniently located by BTS Phra Khanong
  • Salary offer: 15,000 to 20,000 THB per month based on experience and qualifications
  • Strong potential to grow with the company
  1. Qualifications

M/F, Thai national only

Minimum 1-year experience in the hotel business, restaurant, service industry

Fluent in English is a must. Fluent in Chinese will be a strong added value.

Bachelor or Master’s degree in hotel management, tourism or related field preferred but not a must

Proficiency in social media. Comfortable working with foreigners

Must enjoy all form of mobile communications and chatting media

Cleaner (2 vacancies)

Job title: Cleaner

Location: Bangkok

Line Manager: Assistant Operation Manager

Target starting date: ASAP

  1. General function of the position

You will perform cleaning of condominium units and report any damage or maintenance needed.

You will provide minor assistance to guests such as handling keys.

  1. Specific duties

Cleaning duties

  • Clean rooms, hallways, lounges, restrooms, corridors, locker rooms, and other areas so that health standards are met.
  • Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies, using vacuum cleaners and/or shampooers.
  • Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
  • Wash dishes and clean kitchens, cooking utensils, and silverware.
  • Refill toilet items and cleaning supplies.
  • Run errands such as taking laundry to the cleaners and buying groceries.
  • Sweep, scrub, wax, and/or polish floors, using brooms, mops, and/or powered scrubbing and waxing machines.
  • Dust and polish furniture and equipment.
  • Replace light bulbs.

Additional tasks

  • Report on cleaning performed by taking pictures
  • Report any damage on the property or maintenance needed
  • Coordinate with aircon cleaner company, juristic or other partners upon request
  • Open door to guests and welcome guests to rooms
  • Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary
  • Request repair services and wait for repair workers to arrive.
  1. More about the position
  • The Cleaner will work closely with the Assistant Operation Manager in a coordinated matter.
  • Communication, punctuality, and attention to details will be the key to be successful in the position
  • Being comfortable using a smartphone is very important: most communication and supervision is done through chat applications, mainly Line.
  • Position requires to move around Bangkok using all means of transportation
  • Salary offer: 12,000 to 15,000 THB per month based on experience and qualifications plus bonus for additional work performed
  • If selected, you will be joining a fun industry and a fun team.
  1. Qualifications
  • M/F, Thai national only
  • Basic level of English is preferred
  • 3 years experience in hotel or housemaid
  • Ready to be proactive and work with limited supervision
  • Must enjoy all forms of mobile communications and chatting media
